Everything appears intact, in order and original, and the dealer seems to be reputable, albeit, little history of watch is knowing since watches are taken in on trade in. Aside from the fact it's Quartz, a TAG-Heuer and I think the bracelet is a newer model than the watch (not a big deal in this instance in my book), I think someone got themselves a pretty good watch for that price.
