Tag Heuer Monza Calibre 36

I have recently bought a Tag Heuer re-edition Monza Calibre 36 to complement my other watches. After much trepidation, I got it across the internet...I am convinced it is genuine, with all serial numbers, papers, and box, but I am curious to know whether there are two versions of this watch. I note on the official Tag site and on English web pages, the date window is black lettering on a white dial. On American Tag sites, the date window is white lettering on a black dial.

Can anyone tell me if this is a regional variation or other?

Thanks
