Heuer Monaco 1133G Case issues

I have an 1133G Monaco. 3 out of the 4 case springs no longer work, so the caseback flops around quite a bit and I am afraid to wear the watch.

I am looking for either a caseback with 4 working springs or for information on how to get these springs fixed (my watchmaker has no clue)

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
