Which way?

I have a question for the assembled wisdom of this group.

Which way do micro-rotor Heuers like to be turned on watch winders? I have a cal.15 Monza and a cal.15 Verona in my winder box. The Monza seems happy twirling anti-clockwise, but the Verona doesn't seem to like either direction very well. It loses time up to 3 to 5 minutes a day, which it doesn't do when being worn. I'm wondering if there is a recommended rotation, or whether it just doesn't matter, and the Verona needs attention.
