i've got two of them........

i think late 90's they started the white dialed version, then a few others later on. have you seen Chuck and Matthias's article on the carreras? if not here it is.....

it should answer alot of your questions. the only thing i didn't see (doesn't mean it isn't in there, just on a quick review i didn't see it?) is whether the 1873 is 18 jewels or only 17?? that i'm not sure of?

the case by my measurements is 36mm.

as for price, is that usd, united kingdom pounds, or canadian dollars, or......?

assuming it's usd that sounds close for a excellent condition used one(based on my own hunting and watching of prices, not a fact by any means). hope that helps?
