You Guys Studying the Wrong Bezel??
In Response To: Re: Which Autavia? ()

OK -- excellent analysis of the rotating OUTER bezel.

But what's that INNER bezel, under the crystal? Never, ever seen one of those on an Autavia.

: I'm not sure what you mean by "The bezel
: does not look like any on the site"
: since is "looks" like the very
: common Minutes/hours bezel found in most
: Autavias.

: However, you are right. There IS a problem. The
: bezel insert is most probably taken from an
: 11630 Autavia (see the luminous circle at
: 12) and fitted to this 1163 Autavia. This is
: why it doesn't look to fit very nicely - see
: the gap between bezel and crystal. Anyway
: not a VERY big problem IMHO.

: Btw, there are soooooo many little variations
: on the Autavias than none can be 100% sure.
: So there is still the possibility that this
: Autavia is 100% in its original state.

: regards
