Any experience with internet dealers in Singapore?

I don't want to break any posting guidelines, but in general, are these places that claim to have New In Box, watches legitimate? They claim to have purchased from authorized retailers who stamped the warranty, thereby claiming the watch has all papers and is covered under the manufacturer's international warranty? The watches are somewhat less than MSRP, but not like gray market retailers. Thoughts?
And feel free to email me if responding would offend the administrators....
