I just looked at 40 Autavia 11630 chronographs in my files (MH; Tachymeter and Viceroy), and none of them have the "Chronograph" above the "Automatic".

I've got no explanation for this . . . would hate to suggest "refinished", but it must be either refinished, or part of a batch that were misprinted . . . or something?

: I have this very nice 11630 John Watson Autavia. Wanted to know if
: anyone has seen a dial in this configuration. It has the word
: CHRONOGRAPH above the AUTOMATIC. Every other dial that I have
: seen has the AUTOMATIC above the CHRONOGRAPH. Can you guys help.
: Rich, Paul?? Thanks, Amran
