On the OTD chrono gui#de is a page on Heuer Bund watches, in the page is a hyperlink to a review of this model which also features various other heuer mil issue pilot watches.

This watch is in that at the bottom with a H dial.

Could be all ok but beware, Ollech & Wajs make a chrono that is exactly the same as this one. I am not saying anything but most watches that were actually issued show some signs of wear.
