It is not a 1969 Monaco - they generally had the winding crown on the left and round fluted pushers on the right. Search this forum for pictures. TAG bought Heuer in 1986 so anything with the TAG logo dates after that period.
Others may be able to advise if it is a genuine TAH Heuer re-issue.
