A case ref number would help. You could also check "the table" (MOAT) on On the Dash.

From the top of my mind all cal 11 or cal 15 automatic Autavias have 20mm lug size. However some late automatic Autavia models, from early 80's, with cal. 12, have 21mm lug size.
