And the good news is (a) that one of the OTD good guys was the winning bidder (but I will not "out" him); and (b) seller seems like a really nice guy, who was happy when the bidding crossed the $500 mark.
CONGRATULATIONS to both buyer and seller. SORRY about the SOLID CAPS, but it's not every day we see these guys sell for this kind of $$$$!!!!
