Dear Claudio, thats bad and I have had similar stories in the past :-(
Now there is not much you can do. Your discussion here is one thing, research something else. Don't you have any more information about him, like a cell number etc.
I would try to contact police / internet crime in order to find the person behind the bank account.
Unfortunatly I did not get my many back in more than one case I have had in the past.
