favorite/spontaneous scan day pick.......

i just got this old beater back after having a new crystal installed and the movement overhauled. i'm enjoying it more than i thought i would. so it just spontaneously jumped up real high on my keeper list. not quite to number one...but certainly in the top ten or so.......

i was planning on having the case re-pvded, but on advice i decided to pass. in retrospect, i'm actually glad as i'm enjoying it's beaten and well worn look. let's me know that it's former owner(s) enjoy this watch and it obviously got alot of wrist time.

okay...on to the initial request. if i could only keep one...i'd have to pick my autavia 2446c gmt....

my logic...if i can only have one...i would want the one that had the most useful functions for me. so that's my answer. a close second would be my seafarer.....but the tidal indicator while cool, isn't quite as useful to me on a daily basis as the gmt function...so the gmt won in the end.
