Would Love to Hear This Story / Here's Mine

Rob:

Would love to hear the details (or at least the highlights) of this road trip to meet this Villeneuve!! These are beautiful watches, all the more cherished because of the connection to Gilles.

Enjoy yours!! Love the condition of the crystal . . . survivor!!

Here's mine . . .

Jeff

: Picked this up yesterday after a long car trip. This is yet another
: example of how incredible Heuer's design team was back in the
: 1970's. The only comparable dials that I can think of off the
: top of my head are the Tudor Monte Carlos marketed to rally
: racers.

: This example is in need of a new crystal (some SERIOUS crazing on
: there), but the case is very sharp, patina on the dial is
: perfect, and it came with the original strap and Heuer buckle.
: So how many of these have been observed? Roll call if you have
: one!

: Cheers,
: Rob
