Ordinary (eBay) Prices for Ordinary (eBay) Watches

I didn't study these watches carefully, in advance of the auction, but looking at the results now, it seems like these were some ordinary watches that fetched ordinary, prevailing prices.

My elevator version of where we are -- We are currently in a "correction", which is much better than being in a "crash". There were no special / top of the marquee watches in this Sotheby's sale, but a lot of ordinary ones. So they achieved ordinary prices, with a few that did well. That's OK, but many folks will stick to eBay and Chrono24, for these ordinary watches, and not bother with the hassle (and fees) of the auction houses. I didn't see any results that would evidence a crash.

Use this LINK to see the 15 Heuers that were included in the auction. Or you can browse, starting at Lot 144.
