Silly question: winding a chrono

OK, so I've been waiting for over 6 months now for my Carrera cal.15 to return from the shop (could be finished this week, fingers crossed), so in the meantime I was still browsing for other watches (mainly divers).
This w.e. I picked up a NOS Yema chrono (I assume 7733 movement) for cheap, but I don't know how to wind it. I don't want to start experimenting with a NOS one, so please tell me how...
