Advise needed from those familiar with Aquastar Regate

Gentlemen:
I have recently purchased this Aquastar Regate. While removing some small gunk around the bezel it became clear
that the case is comprised of 2 parts. Once separated it became obvious that they were held in place with a rubber gasket
placed in a channel made in the outside of the inner case. This gasket had become of a glue consistency.
Easily cleaned of with a bit of Goo Gone. Same fate happened to the gasket under the back cover.
Now the question who knows where to obtain these 2 gaskets?
