Real Heuer or Not.. Baylor Heuer Mystery

Hi all..

This popped up over on TZ-UK, owned by the owner of the forum.
I know Baylor & Heuer were co-branded in the past, but... I have suggested it has had the Heuer logo added at a later date..

What do you think?? It's such an obscure/odd looking watch to 'fake' a dial on, so is it a real Heuer from the depths of somewhere. I think it isn't genuine, but stranger things have happened. The owner believes it is genuine, and has even linked to another he found online.. here: http://www.pbase.com/image/17137468

This is the Heuer in question:
Your expert opinions are welcome..
