: Mike, I'm pretty rough on the watch and it's

: for one yr.

Based on your comments, looks like the dealer will probably just send it off to Omega for an overhaul. Nice of them to pass it off as their work. How long did they say it would take for a full service?

That being said, approx how long
: should one of these go without being fully
: serviced?

Its all a matter of personal choice really. Since you are "rough" on the watch, maybe every 6-8 years for a full service, with maybe clean/lube/regulation/pressure check in between, if the watch is running poorly. Again, personal choice. Ive had mine for 5+years and don't plan to do a full service any time soon because Im not hard on watches. If it konks out, Ill just have a local service it. Maybe at 10 years Ill get it fully serviced.

Do you want the watch to be restored to as new, or do you just want it to run properly? I would think to get it just running properly wouldn't cost nearly as much as a full service.

: Cheers, and thanx for your time,
: Ray Barnett
