Is this a problem?

Hi folks,
I have been reading the Forum, and I finally purchased my first Omega last week. A "James Bond" Seamaster (from an AD.) I noticed that the date is changing when the minute hand is between 11:55 and 11:56 (4 to 5 minutes before midnight.) Is this within the acceptable limits of normal, or is something wrong with the watch? I was planning to observe it for another week, and see if it is stable or getting worse. What would you suggestions be?
