Crab juice

Nick - FORGET taking your seamaster off to eat crabs. Seeing as it's perfectly good to wear while you're diving down to the bottom of the bay to grab the little boogers in the first place, getting some juice from a cooked one on the watch is no big deal. Mine stays on my wrist while I'm in the water in the Caribbean and the muddy Mississippi, and gets exposed to sweat, rum, tequila, and a lot of banging around while I'm sailing. As far as your wife finding out how much the watch cost, I think you are between a rock and a hard place. It would have been better if you told her you wanted a watch that would last for 20 years that had some class to it, and that's why you bought it. Good luck!!
