Co-Axial Confusion

I reread my note and would like to point out 2 things. First, I did state to Maria that my watch was a Planet Ocean. What I quoted above was only an excerpt. Second, it appears that she cut and paste the same language from the Omega website into the email she sent me.

I can also tell you that correspondence from Maria was prompt and polite, and she handled another issue quickly for me. She's the kind of rep you'd want handling your own customers.

The only concern I have is that Omega is not providing a consistent message with regard to service intervals for their Co-Axials and should do so in its official publications, starting with its website.
