I don't know if 3220.50.00 is a new model number, but it is not listed on the Omega website nor is it listed in my AD's retail price list. I should have looked more closely at the dial when I replied to your original post. The Speedmaster Day-Date models are NOT certified chronometers, unless, as I said, this is a new model that I am unaware of.

Having said that, the picture you posted looks like it could have been put together using PhotoShop, so I'd ask to see an actual photo of the watch itself before I'd buy.
