Re: Does anyone want to do a "Casino Royale" revie

I think you should see the movie. I was one of the people that said I would not see this movie when Daniel Craig was announced as the new Bond. Mainly as I was a huge Brosnan fan, and to this day I think Pierce Brosnan is my favorite Bond (and Goldeneye is my favorite Bond film) Then when I found out the man who directed Goldeneye was directing this film, I was curious, then the previews, and all the articles made me want to give Mr. Craig and opportunity. I saw the film and loved it. It is a different kind of Bond, and that is good. Even though I liked Die Another Day, the invisivle Aston Martin was a bit much.
Daniel Craig deserves to call himself Bond, James Bond. And unlike a lot of films in recent years I am looking forward to going back and seeing this film a second, possibly a third time, and that says a lot as I manage a 20-screen mega plex here in Lansing...which means to go see a movie, I basically go back to the place I spend 45-55 hours a week.
I agree with what others have said, that there are a few times when the movie slows down, but all the action makes up for this. I am very happy that my favorite two brands in Bond films stayed there, of course Omega and Aston Martin.
This was an enjoyable film and worth your time. In fact I could have watched at least an hour more of the film.
Also, my hat is off to Sony for the Casino Royale press kit they sent out. Very nice.
Enjoy
