Based on the picture I would say it is not a Seamaster. First, if it was a Seamaster from 1967 it would say Seamaster. Second, the lugs are smaller than Seamasters from that period. This doesn't mean it is not a genuine Omega watch. In fact it probably is.
Once you get it you can have a jeweler open it up and then you will know for sure.
