00 Means Bracelet...

To quickly answer your question, any model number ending in 00 is on a bracelet. Technically your full model number is 3521.80.00, but it is common practice for dealers and people on watch forums to drop the last two digits when they are 00. If the last two digits are not 00, this implies that the watch is on a leather or rubber strap.
