I'm sorry to hear about your problems with the crown of your Seamaster. Normally when Omega services your watch, you receive a new 2-year warranty on the specific work that was done to your watch. This new warranty begins on the date of service. So, even if your original factory warranty has expired, you may still have some warranty left on the crown if it was replaced less than 2 years ago.

In reading your post, however, it sounds like you are saying the crown was replaced more than 2 years ago. If this is the case, you may still be able to get Omega to repair it for you. I would e-mail them at aftersales@omega.ch with a polite letter explaining that this is the second time your crown has broken in 2 years through no fault of your own. If you explain to them that you love your watch but are bothered by these continued defects to the same part of your watch, Omega may fix the problem simply to keep you happy.

Good luck,
John
