Seems normal to me. Its just the automatic winding mechanism spinning around to wind the watch. I can hear the rotor in my Non Chronograph Seamaster 300m very well when I shake it around.

Some wathces use a jewel pivot rotor rather than a ball bearing rotor. This is supposed to be quiter, so some of your other watches may be jewel pivot rather than ball bearing.

As a side note, if the watch hasn't been worn for a while, and its power winds down till it stops, its better to manually wind it then shake it to get it started. Not saying that it will happen, but unnecessarily shaking it violently could cause problems, and the watch will probably not be running on a full charge which may affect accuracy.
