As Mike said, this is perfectly normal. Your watch uses a modified ETA/Valjoux 7750 movement, and Breitling's chronographs also use this same base movement. These movements exhibit what is commonly referred to as "rotor wobble", which is why they have a reputation for being a bit noisier than some of the other chronographs you may have owned in the past. It's nothing at all to worry about. In fact, the specific movement in your watch (Omega's caliber 1164) is a real workhorse, and, as my watchmaker always says, the Bond SMP chrono is "built like a tank".

Also, Mike's guess about the winding direction was correct. You wind the watch by turning the crown upward toward the 12 o'clock marker (or clockwise if looking at the crown from the side).
