omega constellation watch

My Omega constllation watch was purchased 06/05 and was not keeping the correct time. It was sent back to the Omega for repairs in March o6 and returned to us in 06/06. They replaced the battery and it kept good time for awhile. We live in a different town so could not take it back earlier to Houston. This is seven months later and it has lost time for a long time now. In 21 hours,it lost 28 minutes. We will replace the battery which is still running. What can be the problem if not the battery. I want it fixed or replaced. My timex run perfectly and when the battery stops it is just cold turkey(not loosing time for awhile) Thanks for your input.
