Chuck please help me?

I am hearing a variety of different opinions. The guy whom sold me the watch told me its a known characteristic for the minute hand's lag/double action and that its not a concern.

He explained that for the failure to reset to zero issue, unfamiliarity with the Tutima NATO Chrono's pusher probably resulted in insufficent force used when activating the reset button. The reset button need to be pressed hard for it to engage fully. I think he could be right...

Would you agreed? Almost everything I read about the L5100 I read it from you... your words will be most reassuring to me.

Thanx a lot in advance.

: My Tutima NATO chrono on L5100 movement is
: having some problems.

: Sometimes the chrono minute hand does not reset
: back fully back to zero. I got to restart
: the chrono, stop it, and reset it again 2 or
: 3 times more for it to reach zero.

: Thus far this had happened 3 times with this
: watch.

: Sometimes it goes back, but there seems to be a
: 'double action' where the chrono hand does
: not jumps back to zero instantly but seems
: to get caught somewhere inbetween for a
: split second before it reach zero. It
: happens very fast but I know its there.

: Is this a major problem? Does this means a
: service or I could ignore it if its a 'once
: in a while thing'?

: Thanx in advance.
