Hello I would like the help of some of you who are in the "KNOW" about Omega watches.
My farther gave me his cherished watch when I was fourty. Unfortunately it has been stolen in a break in to my home.
I have given the Insurers the serial numbers but they cannot substantiate proof of ownership because they say the numbers do not tally up to any Omega watch the numbers are
Movt 31319785
case 145022-69-st
cal 861
I can only asume that the watch must have been a fake but it looked and felt very authentic it had some inscription on the back "The First Watch to bee worn on the moon"
I also seem to remember the strap to have either the numbers 366 or 633 stamped on it.
Any help on this matter would be great
Many thanks in advance for reading my post
