Re: Omega 2.4M Megaquartz
In Response To: Omega 2.4M Megaquartz ()

: This watch has a 1511 electronic movement which
: made it one of the most accurate watches
: ever made. It recently stopped working, and
: I am seeking advice on whether anyone knows
: who might be able to repair it.

: Omega's own repair shop in the UK was not
: interested.

: It is such a wonderful thing that I do not want
: to leave it in a drawer to gather dust.

: Your help would be much appreciated.

: Philip Glascoe

You will have to send the watch to the Omega repair facility in Bienne, Switzerland. Expect to pay in the neighborhood of $1,000 US for the service. It will be returned in like new condition. Takes 3-6 months for the work to be completed.
