New Seamaster co-axial accuracy

I purchased a new seamaster co-axial in May of 2007. The watch runs consistently about 4-6 seconds a day fast. This rate is the same when wearing the watch during the day, and then with the watch at night either face up, or 3 oclock up, or being worn at night. Now in the winter, the watch is running closer to the 6 seconds a day fast.

I sent for the certificate of the watch from Omega, which I have now received. The certificate shows the daily average of the watch as 3.7 seconds. It also shows that the 3 oclock up position is the slowest, which is usually what I use now at night.

Based on this info., my question to you experts is, is this pretty much normal, or can the watch be adjusted to run less seconds difference per day? It also seems that the watch is running faster now that the temperature is colder, does this make sense? And if the watch can be adjusted, any suggestions of where I can get this done in the Detroit, Mi. area instead of sending the watch back to Omega in New Jersey, which will take some time?

Thanks for your suggestions.
