Re: New Seamaster co-axial accuracy

: Your watch is running within chronometer
: standards (The COSC is an official Swiss
: government agency which tests watches to
: ensure that they fit within a
: narrow-but-usually-obtainable window of
: acceptable error (i.e., the rate in all
: positions falls into the range of -4
: seconds/day to +6 seconds/day)).

: I would not request an adjustment, nor would I
: expect Omega to pay for a regulation for a
: watch with rates yours shows. If it worsens,
: then the Omega warranty will pay for a
: regulation.

: Certainly, it could be regulated. I just
: wouldn't regulate it. If you set the watch
: on Monday, where are you going on Friday
: that it would matter if you arrived 30
: seconds early?

: Remember chronometer testing takes place when
: the movement is outside of a watch --
: uncased.

: Your watch was tested in one position at three
: temperatures. At which temperature did it
: run fastest?

: Sam

Sam-Thanks for your response. In the temperature test the watch ran the fastest in the lower temperature:

8 degrees+5.6
23 degrees+2.8
38 degrees+3.5
