Found this used Omega watch from the 50's .. Need quick help

So I found this old notice on a board where I live about someone selling an old Omega watch from the 50's. It's never used and the person bought it from a "dödsbo" (someone died, and this person owned a watch-store in Stockholm and i.e left loads of watched behind him in the 60's).

He sent me a picture, and I'm really struggling to not go and buy it, i cant see any serial numbers on the pictures - could it even be a fake? Its working properly.

Thanks for any quick answers!

He also has a letter from the store that the old now dead man owned, if that proves anything ..
