I would nuke North Korea, but thats just me. I agree with your statement.

Omega made lots of those watches on special order for all kinds of dictators and such to give out to supporters. Last few I saw were for
Saudi Princes and some King somewhere. No big deal. Its a standard Omega Constellation that has the dictators or rulers name
inscribed on the face. Some are aftermarket and some are done by Omega. Its still done.
As far as 4? Who knows? I have no idea if Omega will even disclose how many they did.
The scribing in the case is probably from a watchmaker that repaired it.
It may be valuable to someone in North Korea but elsewhere? We know its worth the price and value of the gold,
but anything else is a crap shoot. Maybe to a collector of such watches.................maybe.
