My Connie's have a 19mm spread......but i'll check and see what i have. Doubt i have anything that wide around, though......as all ours taper and a band might have to start around 24mm or so to get the buckle at 19mm.

Maybe some of those cheap rubber bands at K-mart might have it though......i'll check.
