Re: Omega Constellation Problem
In Response To: Omega Constellation Problem ()

While the watch may have had a small problem initially, the real culprit may be who has been attempting to repair it for you.

You mentioned it has been sent for repairs 5 times. Sounds like the local repair facility you are using may be doing a VERY POOR repair job and causing other things to fail.

Did you buy from an Omega Authorized Dealer? If so, then you can contact the Omega Distributor for your country (you didn't say where on the planet you are) and tell them of your problems and ask them to intervene. If you are in the US, then contact Omega USA at 800-456-5354. Otherwise, check the NETWORK section of the official Omega site at www.omega.ch for the contact in other countries.

What you deserve is to have the dealer REPLACE the watch with a brand new one. If a new watch cannot be properly repaired in 3-5 attempts, then it is should be considered a 'lemon' and be replaced instead of repeatedly making you wait on further repair attempts.
