Re: Omega Constellation Problem

The watch was bought from: Joseph Edwards Fifth Ave. Co, 500 Fifth Avenue New York, NY an authorized dealer. They told me that only omega can authorize watch replacement, and the store can not replace with a new one. All repairs were send to 1817 William Penn Way , Lancaster PA 17601 an Omega authorized repair shop. After speaking with customer service rep. I was told that even after all repairs they can not give me a new watch it had to go to Switzerland, otherwise I would get an old broken watch back.

There is a lemon law in NY but that for cars, I'm not sure if there is anything for watches.
I wanted to know if anyone with the same watch had a problem with chronograph (especially line up of hands after resetting)
