You'll go back to the bracelet anyway >>
In Response To: Re: Rubber straps ()

I say this almost jokingly and tongue in cheek, but I did. My blk/blk 2254.50 came with the bracelet (Speedy style in Canada) and I loved it.

Then I saw scans of the watch on a variety of different straps which I soon purchased, and experimented with. It's all part of the Omega experience!

Then I discovered that the bracelet retails for something like $680.00 here in Canada!! Then I thought, why in the hell would I substitute a $680.00 bracelet for a $35.00 strap?!? I've had it back on the bracelet ever since.

Don't get me wrong. I like the look of the watch on a variety of different straps with deployant buckles and so on but at the end of the day; back to the bracelet.

Knowing me however, I'll probably get bored with it again and go back to a strap for a while. In fact, forget everything I just said! We collectors are weird 'enough' without some other weirdo interjecting their thoughts into our already weird lives. Lol

Regards,

Dave
