Not my area but i will suggest £4-9k depending on condition. With £4k being one in average condition ,or better condition but with hallmarks polished away and £8k being nos inc box. You really want to check all the hallmark stamps are where they should be, as some have been polished off.
The Bonhams sale achieved prices on the rare watches, approx 2-3 times open market, and of course the box was signed by NL...it all helps paint a picture and buyers at auction like provenance...and pictures in their mind.
That's my stab at the value, but its out of my "comfort zone", perhaps someone more in tune with Carrera values will step forward with some advice also...
Cheers
Rich
Can anyone give me any guidance on a reasonable price for this
: watch - I have been offered one in decent condition without an
: original strap but I havent really got a clue on its value. I
: know the price the Haslinger one went for but im rather hoping
: that was a somewhat freak price given the circumstances.
: I want to offer a fair price for it but havent much idea where to
: start & I dont think the current price guide on OTD is up to
: date?
: Thanks folks.
