I wouldn't set much store by the price guide - not only is it over 4 years old now, the Heuer market has changed a bit in that time too.
Worth asking though, I can help clear up a bit of a misconception - The AA Autavia in that guide is one with the case that preceded your example, with larger registers and dauphine hands. The matching model to yours is in the B category. So not quite as much of a gain, but I reckon you should aim for around 50% on top of what you paid and quite possibly a little more. I don't follow the Autavias as closely as Carreras though, someone who does might have a better idea.
Insurers tend to want valuations from professionals, i.e. recognised jewellers, even where they are less familiar with the watches than forum-goers.
