Ok, thanks guys for this good info :)
Hard to find beautifull and full original ones !

: Right to be cautious Dams.
: As M. Barn says below the registers have been refinished, and the
: paint has gone over the edges. Look closely and you'll see the
: Carrera lettering has been redone too, as well as retouching of
: some of the lines around the outside edge.
: I'll use an OTD pic to illustrate rather than uploading a new one:
:
:
: Note the "sandwich" construction of the dial, where the
: registers are actually on a layer underneath the top surface of
: the dial, meaning that there can't be any bleeding of the
: register paint onto an original dial. See also the lume plots at
: 3 and 9, that haven't been redone on the dial of the watch you
: show - they can fall off but normally leave some sign of having
: been there. If there's no trace at all, it is often (not always)
: a telltale that the dial has been refinished.
: Not necessarily suspicious, if the watch was offered as having
: refinished dial, relumed markers and worn case, then all is
: well. Somewhat misrepresented if offered as all original and in
: good condition. I'd expect all these points to be reflected in
: the price asked too.
