I have been offered this Heuer... HELP Please!!!

And I know Nothing about them

All I have to go on is this picture

Anyone want to guess as to what it is and what a fair retail price is?

I assume it is a Viceroy model but not 100% as I thought those were only available with the tachy bezel

Any help would be much appreciated as my knowledge goes more to the Rolex side of things
