I just love a plan dealing with "risks" and "hazards", but with no "rewards" in the entire scheme. come to think of it -- you guys can be in charge of the risks, hazards, threats, challenges, jerks, shills, crooks, thieves, etc., and I'll be in charge of the honor, glory, praise, respect, gratitude, good guys, supporters, etc..

that's the spirit guys . . . all for one and one for all!!
