In the early 1420xx watches we still have the 141k (chronomatic) case.
Carlo's watch is one of them and you can notice the square pusher housings.
Then we have some watches with the common Piquerez 1163 case (Amer's decimal Siffert) and other with the schmitz style case (Amer's tachy), with pusher housings open in the back, similar but not identical to the case of the late 1163V with serial over 270k.
