Difference among Current Classics Movements

I have a "unique" opportunity to buy any Tag at 50% off retail as Tag couldn't fix my 10 yo GMT.

I am looking at the Classics (Carrera, Monza, Monaco) line. Can anyone detail any significant quality differences among the movements and the watches? I noticed some have a 17 movement and others a 36 movement.

Thanks.
