Autavia Calibre 5 -- Now Available

It's good to see that TAG Heuer has now released the Autavia Calibre 5 watch.

Most readers will recall that in March 2019, at Baselworld, TAG Heuer introduced the first-ever "three-hand" Autavia, which featured a carbon composite hairspring, with the new Autavia called the "Isograph Autavia".

Due to problems in production, TAG Heuer has discontinued use of the carbon composite hairspring in the Autavia, and new Autavia is powered by the tried-and-true Calibre 5 movement. It is Chronometer certified.

Shown below are some images from the TAG Heuer website -- https://www.tagheuer.com/en-us/watches/tag-heuer-autavia-watch Notice that the case is available in stainless steel or brass, and the watch comes with a choice of straps, which can be switched out quickly, without needing any tools.

We'll be writing more about these watches, but it's great to see the "three-hand" Autavia available for sale.
